Discretion is needed in this line of work as well as selflessness and honesty. An in home caregiver should have an outgoing nature and good organizational skills. If you want to work as a Comfort Keeper, you must be a team player and have the ability to accept constructive criticism, respect procedures, and obey protocol. If you want to become a caregiver, must pass a background test and drug screening. Home care providers may be asked to randomly submit to additional screening at any time.
